This statement applies to the use of services and materials of MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. by clients of MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. and employment at MAREŠPLAST d.o.o..

Please note that as part of the improvement of our activities in order to improve our services, it may be necessary to amend this data protection statement. In that case, we will inform you about it.

  1. What data is collected and forwarded

The personal data that we process are data about you as a client, collected when you place an order and visit MAREŠPLAST d.o.o., that is, when you fill out the Statement of Client Consent, data about you as an employee of MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. based on the Labor Law and other valid regulations, when you make payments through bank account or when establishing and executing contractual relations between you and MAREŠPLAST d.o.o., which can be directly or indirectly connected to you. These are the following data: full name and surname, phone number(s), residential address, e-mail address, date of birth, OIB, bank details in the case of bank payments.

Google AdWords conversion tracking

This can create conversion statistics that measure the effectiveness of our online advertising campaigns. A conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. According to the data protection provisions of the provider Google, no personal data is processed. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can stop the use of data for this purpose by deactivating the conversion tracking cookie provided by Google via the cookie settings in your web browser.

  1. Conversion measurement using Facebook visitor activity tracking pixels

As part of the online presence, the “Visitor Activity Tracking Pixel” of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) is used. It is a "cookie", that is, a small text file that is stored on your computer and can be downloaded from your computer. It can be used to track users' activities after they have seen or clicked on an ad on Facebook. In this way, the effectiveness of ads on Facebook can be measured for the purpose of statistical evaluations and market research. The data collected in this way are anonymous for us, i.e. they cannot be linked to the user's identity. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, so that this data can be linked to the relevant user profile and Facebook can use it for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Data Protection Statement for the use of Facebook ("http://www.facebook. com/about/privacy /). You can enable Facebook and its partners to advertise on Facebook and outside of Facebook. For this purpose, a "cookie" will be stored on your computer.   1. Sharing

Our website has integrated fields for sharing on the social networks Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA as well as Instagram, San Francisco, California, USA. In addition, a field for sharing via e-mail can be integrated. You can recognize sharing fields by their logo.

Only when you click on the relevant "sharing box" on our website (and only then) is a direct connection established between the browser and the server of the respective social network operator. According to the operators of the mentioned social networks, no personal data is collected by the social networks without clicking on the respective sharing field. This data, including the IP address, is collected and processed only for persons registered on the respective social networks. If you do not want your visit to our website to be associated with your social media account, please log out of your social media account.

At this point, we emphasize that MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. has no insight into the content of transferred data, as well as their use by social networks. You can find more information about the use of data by social networks in the Data Protection Statement of the mentioned social networks.

We use your personal data in full compliance with legal provisions.

The personal data that you make available to us when you place an order and arrive at MAREŠPLAST d.o.o., when you fill out the Client Consent Statement, when you make payments through the bank or when establishing and executing contractual relations between you and MAREŠPLAST d.o.o.., will be collected and processed exclusively within the framework of fulfilling our legal obligations (for example, data on employees that MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. is obliged to collect according to the Labor Law) or contractual obligations towards you based on your consent.

After you have given us your express consent, we will use your data for the delivery of materials related to the services in question, mutual communication, including congratulating you on your birthday, and related actions and activities, as well as to inform you about the offer of MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. services, promotions with discounts , novelties, workshops, educations, promotions, and for the purpose of promoting MAREŠPLAST d.o.o....

  1. Security and data transfer

To protect your data, we use passwords, web firewalls, antivirus programs and other security measures according to the current state of technology. When communicating via e-mail, data security during transmission can only be guaranteed according to the current state of the art.

The client's information specified in the Client's Declaration of Consent is kept in the original of the aforementioned declaration and in electronic form. The originals of the aforementioned statements are stored in a closet, access to which is protected by a key, and access to the list of clients of MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. and information about clients from the statement, which are stored in electronic form, is protected by a password. The storage period for the mentioned data is two years from the date of the client's last interaction with MAREŠPLAST d.o.o..

The originals of the client's Statement of Consent are mechanically destroyed two years after the date of the client's last interaction with MAREŠPLAST d.o.o..

The director of MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. as the responsible person and the employees of MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. have access to the list of client data and statements of client consent, since such access is necessary for the performance of the obligations and services of MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. to the relevant clients, and it is regulated in accordance with current legislation. Each client has the right to view his personal data that are in the list of MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. clients and that are processed about him (for example, in the list of service users).

The personal data provided by the client for the purpose of payment through the bank are collected in electronic form and stored on the computer, with access protected by a password. The director of MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. has access to the above data. The storage period for the above data is determined in accordance with applicable regulations, especially accounting regulations.

Personal data that is collected is kept as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of data collection and processing. Client data specified in the Client's Statement of Consent collected for the purpose of sending information about MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. services and its promotions are kept until the client withdraws consent, and no later than two years from the date of the client's last interaction with MAREŠPLAST d.o.o..

Responsible persons and employees of MAREŠPLAST d.o.o., who have the right and authority to access personal data collected by MAREŠPLAST d.o.o., commit themselves by signing the Statement of Confidentiality to permanently maintain the confidentiality of personal data and act in accordance with the applicable legislation and rules of MAREŠPLAST d.o.o..

Your personal data may be forwarded / entrusted to certain contractual partners of MAREŠPLAST d.o.o., if MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. decides to engage them.

Namely, we can engage certain partners to fulfill our obligations (for example, accounting service) and services, communication with members, management of our online appearance and access, fulfillment of some of the purposes stated in this Statement. Your personal data will be forwarded to the contractual partner MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. if they are necessary for the performance of a specific service related to you. We will choose the specified contractual partners carefully in order to ensure legal and secure data processing. Furthermore, the aforementioned contractual partners will be obliged to use your personal data only for specific purposes in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with Croatian legal provisions on the protection of personal data. We will not forward your personal data to other persons except the contractual partners mentioned above, only if you have not given your consent for this.

Considering the nature, scope, purpose of collection, use and processing of personal data by MAREŠPLAST d.o.o.., including the fact that the collection, use and processing is not to a large extent, nor are special categories of personal data collected, i.e. MAREŠPLAST d.o.o.. and its services are not subject to the legal obligation to appoint an officer for the protection of personal data, MAREŠPLAST d.o.o.. and no such officer has been appointed.

  1. Right of revocation, provision of information, change of data and contact

By signing the Client Consent Statement or using our website, you agree to the use of your personal data in the manner described in the Client Consent Statement and this Data Protection Statement.

At the same time, in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data and the rights it gives you as the owner of personal data, with which MAREŠPLAST d.o.o. introduced you, you also have the right to access, correct, delete or limit the processing of your personal data; the right to withdraw your consent for the use of your personal data at any time, for the future without giving reasons; as well as the right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority. Withdrawal of consent is done in writing (by letter or e-mail) to the following publicly available address of the headquarters; MAREŠPLAST d.o.o.., Franje Blažinca 10, Kozinščak, or maresplast@gmail.com. Such withdrawal will prevent future use of your personal data by MAREŠPLAST d.o.o.
